FEBRUARY 2024 GREETING FROM MASFMA PRESIDENT

Greetings all Mid-Atlantic SFMA Members,

Wow, what a fast start to the year! The National SFMA conference in Daytona Beach, Florida was a wonderful event. The joint social hosted by the Mid-Atlantic SFMA along with the Virginia SFMA chapter was well attended - around 72 colleagues and friends joined together to kick off the conference.

We are very excited to be hosting our Spring Education event on February 28th to be held at Oriole Park at Camden Yards!! We were approved for CEU'S in DC, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, we encourage you to attend and network with your Mid-Atlantic friends while accomplishing your recertification needs. Last, but certainly not least, the Mid-Atlantic SFMA will be recognizing National Women in Sports Day on February 7th. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge our Immediate Past President, Nicole Sherry, for all she has done for our organization and paving the way for women in our industry.
