MASFMA Annual Spring Event - March 5, 2026
Dear MASFMA Members and Sponsors,
We are excited to host this year's MASFMA Spring Education event on Thursday,
March 5th at the FAIR HILL complex in Elkton, Maryland (Cecil County). As in
previous years this annual event will include four education sessions.
The topics will relate to required CEUs in the areas of pesticide and
fertilizer recertification for our membership and guests. There will also be
several networking opportunities for our members and sponsors during breaks
and at our continental breakfast and catered lunch.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The Spring Event is free to members. If you haven't already, please be
sure to renew your membership as soon as possible. We will announce when
registration for the event is open to secure your ticket.

3. Event Day Requirements for Pesticide and Fertilizer Recertification
CEU/CFA Credit:
* In order to receive CEU/CFA credits please plan to attend the entire
day's events,
* Complete your state's sign-in sheet (Maryland, Virginia, Delaware or
Washington, DC or Delaware),
* Bring your license number and,
* Provide signature (no credit otherwise)
We will advertise the exact number of CEU/CFA credits for each state and the
District of Columbia once the speaker presentations have been reviewed by
the state's boards.
4. About Fair Hill (Elkton, MD) Venue:
Fair Hill is a 5,656 acre Natural Resources Management Area, where multiple
management practices are employed for the maximum use and protection of
Maryland's natural resources. Bordered by Pennsylvania to the north and less
than one half mile west of Delaware, Fair Hill is known for its pristine
fields, woodlands and natural beauty. At one time one of the largest private
land holdings in the east, Fair Hill was formerly owned by William duPont Jr.,
an avid equestrian rider who acquired the farmland as a means to enjoy riding
as well as fox chasing. Fair Hill was purchased by the state in 1975 from
Mr. duPont's estate.
