    March Greeting from MASTMA President

    Good day, MASTMA members!

    As we gear up for a busy and enjoyable spring season, your MASTMA Board of Directors and I wish you all the best and a little luck too since this is the month of Saint Patrick’s Day!

    Thursday, March 4th MASTMA will host our annual Spring Education Event featuring presentations about sustainable nutrition, IPM options, and insects impacting our industry. It will be a virtual event via Zoom and as always, is FREE for members. Attendees will also gain pesticide recertification credits for MD, DE, DC, and VA (see below for approved credits).     • Maryland = 8 Credits Approved for 3A, 3C, 6*, 10*, CORE* and 2 CEUs Approved for Professional Fertilizer Applicators 
    • Delaware = 4 Credits Approved for Ornamental and Turf Pesticide
    • District of Columbia = 4 Credit Hours for 00 Core and 4 Credit Hours for 3B Lawns and Turf
    • Virginia = 2 CEUs Approved for Fertilizer Applicator and Pesticide Recertification
