June Greeting from MASTMA President

Dear MASTMA,

Come kick off summer at Dunkirk Regional Park on Thursday, June 23rd for the MASTMA Field Day! The event will be filled with networking and various equipment demonstrations from our sponsors as well as two guest speakers, Dr. Fereshteh Shahoveisi from the University of Maryland and Mike Boekholder former head groundskeeper of the Philadelphia Phillies. Dr. Shahoveisi will discuss her new role as Turfgrass Pathologist. Mike Boekholder will discuss different strategies to help with spring and early summer transition of bermuda grasses. Dunkirk Regional Park is also home to bluemuda turfgrass fields. This is a free event to our membership. Please register on our MASTMA website. We hope to see you there!
