AUGUST GREETING FROM MASTMA PRESIDENT
Dear MASTMA,
Earlier this month your Board of Directors secured the summer Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) contract with our lobbying firm, Z&C, LLC. For the next several weeks, MASTMA will engage with targeted elected officials cultivating new relationships with members of the Maryland General Assembly while strengthening existing relationships built over the last year. These efforts will advance MASTMA’s priorities and strategic plan for the upcoming 2023 legislative session.
The MASTMA Social at Camden Yards is just two weeks away on Tuesday, August 23rd! Thus far, 20 people have registered with a registration deadline of August 16th. Hope to see as many of you as can make it! REGISTER HERE.
The MASTMA Sponsor Appreciation Event will be held at Top Golf in Germantown, MD on Wednesday, October 5th from 11am – 1pm. On behalf of MASMTA, we are thankful to our sponsors and look forward to celebrating them and our partnership.
Now is a great time to take photos and prepare to submit your application for MASTMA MVP of the DMV (the entry deadline is December 1st – it’ll be here before we know it). It’s a great way to recognize and celebrate your work and/or the work of your team members!
